Crooks bridge, 1855-56, crosses Little Raccoon Creek. 132' length. This is the oldest standing bridge on the official list of Parke County bridges and is out in the middle of farm fields. Open to light traffic. There is a more durable crossing adjacent to it lower to the creek.

McAllister's Bridge is located far out in the country on gravel roads an the same path as Crooks Bridge. 126' length and built in 1914. Crosses Little Raccoon Creek.

Thorpe Bridge, 1912, 163', over Big Raccoon Creek. Diana surveys the damaged bridge, a result of a tornado in the summer of 2011. One of the large side panels now rests in the creek below.

Billy Creek Bridge, 1895, 62' over Williams Creek in Rockville. In poor condition, this bridge sits just outside historic Billy Creek Village, where two more bridges lie within the private park.

The historic Bridgeton Mill. The newly reconstructed bridge lies just to the left of this picture. Not the best light for this one.
